Bank Vault style Piggy Bank! I made this for my kids initially because they have a hard time saving with a regular piggy bank due to how easy it is to pop the little rubber stoppers out and this design definitely makes them have to really think about it (and I think it looks pretty cool!). Similar to the Annoying Gift Box, this piggy bank has 40 screws to get it open, providing at least a moment of pause before one decides it’s worth the effort to open it and dig into their savings. While it is a lot of screws, it only takes about a minute to fully open, faster if an electric screwdriver is used. After all the screws holding the vault door are removed, it spins open similar to a real vault, revealing another layer that has to be unscrewed. It does come with a 3d printed flathead screwdriver though a traditional one is easier to use. It will ship fully assembled and ready to use, and I will send it with 10 extra screws to have ready in case some get lost. The internal dimensions are 4.75”x4.75”x3” so it will hold a pretty decent amount before it’s full. Primary color selection will be for the main body and screws, secondary color is for the vault door.
